Reporting to the Search Manager, based at Northminster Business Park, the SEO Strategist will work individually and perform as part of a team committed to positively influencing and actively assisting the development of WebCertain Direct and the WebCertain Group as a whole.
Commercially astute and service driven, the post holder will have specific responsibility for managing and developing SEO campaigns for clients in multiple languages and developing the processes to deliver them.
The SEO Strategist will liaise with the Account Management team or the client to ensure that the correct products/services are identified to meet the clients' needs and objectives and with the Search Linguistics team to ensure the delivery of quality work in the required local language
As WebCertain specialises in offering multilingual services, and whilst the operating language of the business is English, preference will be given to candidates that can demonstrate native-level language ability in a language other than English.
Responsibilities
• Ensuring on time delivery & quality of all SEO work undertaken to meet business & client objectives
• Co-ordinating the operational workflow with the Search Linguistics team
• Enabling smooth transitions of new business & involvement with the kick off process
• Identify further opportunities to expand the services offered, maintaining a commercial focus at all times, both from a Webcertain and a client perspective
• Feeding back to the wider business, to continually improve the quality, relevance and margin of Products/Services
• Ensuring good working relationships are maintained with all team members
• Recognising that client behaviour/demands can be unpredictable, resulting in necessary and unplanned interruptions to planned work schedules
• Recognising that from time to time the needs of the business will dictate that some tasks may need to be undertaken which fall outside those described above
• Keeping abreast of emerging technologies and developments in the online advertising and broader digital arena
The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
• Awareness of on/off page Search Engine Optimisation Techniques
• Knowledge and understanding of analytics systems, keyword research tools & content management systems
• Ability to manage and prioritise own workload under pressure
• Excellent critical reasoning skills
• The ability to observe situations, and solve problems using lateral thinking
• Ability to speak, listen, understand and write in English and at least one other language to native level
• Fast and accurate computer skills
Performance Measurement
Objectives will be discussed and agreed in line with the WebCertain Performance Review Policy and will include (but not be limited to) the following measures to monitor performance and ongoing development requirements:
• Quantitative assessment of client performance
• Formal qualitative feedback from Clients ( Internal and External)

Paid Search Specialist
Reporting to the Paid Search Manager, based at Northminster Business Park, the Paid Search Specialist will work & perform effectively as part of a team and individually, being committed to positively influencing and actively assisting the development of the WebCertain Direct and WebCertain Group as a whole.
Commercially astute and service driven, the postholder will have specific responsibility for managing and developing paid search campaigns for clients in multiple languages.
The Paid Search Specialist will liaise with the Account Management team and/or the client to ensure that the correct products/services are identified to meet the clients' needs and that the clients objectives are understood, and achieved through the creation and management of appropriate bid strategies, keyword management and creative mixes to enable revenue growth for the Client and WebCertain.
As WebCertain specialises in offering multilingual services, and whilst the operating language of the business is English, preference will be given to candidates that can demonstrate native-level language ability in a language other than English.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
• Strong analytical skills & ability to make sound decisions based on the data available
• Excellent Excel skills
• Time management skills and an ability to prioritise tasks
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Ability to speak, listen, understand and write in English and at least one other language to native level
• Google AdWords qualification preferred
Responsibilities will include:

Business Development Manager - WebCertain Direct

• We are WebCertain Group - an established Search Marketing Agency, specialising in International and Multilingual projects encompassing SEO, Paid Search and Social Media.
• You will demonstrate a passion and understanding of Search Marketing and a proven record of successful sales in this dynamic and exciting sector.
• You will be required to identify prospects and generate leads in conjunction with the Marketing team and ensure that leads are followed up and developed effectively though to a successful conclusion.
• You must be able to deliver impeccable written and spoken English. As we are multilingual business, it will be desirable if you can demonstrate native-level language ability in a language other than English.

Responsibilities
• Identifying prospects and generating leads in conjunction with the Marketing team
• Ensuring that leads are followed up and developed effectively though to a successful conclusion.
• Initiating and maintaining communication (email, phone, face to face as appropriate) with prospects ensuring that WebCertain has an accurate understanding of their business needs, budget and decision making process, from initial contact through to successful sale.
• Preparing responses to RFP and full sales proposals, including supporting documentation for face to face pitching
• Ensuring costings presented are reasonable within the clients budget and profitable for WebCertain
• Identify further opportunities to expand the services offered
• Liaising with the Search Team to ensure appropriate service driven proposals/action plans are prepared to meet prospects needs (delivery and DMU) and budget
• Ensuring absolute clarity to both Client and WebCertain, with a specific view to ensuring that the Clients expectations of WebCertain deliverables and communication protocols can be met
• Preparing and Issuing Contracts and related documentation upon agreement to purchase
• Agreeing and meeting communication deadlines with prospects at all times
• Understanding the WebCertain product/service portfolio, identifying which services are appropriate and being able to talk to a prospect from a position of knowledge to be a credible representative of WebCertain.
